• Our guarantee covers material defects or defects in craftsmanship.
• General wear and tear for the first 5 years
• It does not cover improper use, washing, loss, or other damages.
• It does not cover small dings and scratches.  Leather is a natural product that will gather dings and scratches, it is part of the character of the material.  

If you ever have a problem with your piece due to a material defect or defective craftsmanship, just get in touch with us. We’ll fix or remake your item as needed, provided the customer pays for shipping to and from our workshop.
