That means our leather and hardware are guaranteed!  Here’s the details:

• Our guarantee covers material defects or defects in craftsmanship for the first 5 years.
• It does not cover general wear and tear, improper use, washing, loss, or other damages.
• It does not cover small dings and scratches.  Leather is a natural product that will gather dings and scratches, it is part of the character of the material.  

If you ever have a problem with your piece due to a material defect or defective craftsmanship, just get in touch with us. We’ll fix or remake your item as needed, provided the customer pays for shipping to and from our workshop.

Custom Orders

Custom orders from our workshop are built to be as durable as possible. However, because custom requests are tailored to your specifications, the guarantee depends on the construction and leather chosen for the product.  Talk with us at the time of order for specific custom item guarantees.
